
The Inauguration edition of the largest fintech festival in Nigeria, the Nigerian Fintech Festival, is scheduled to launch in Lagos on September 26, 2024. It is sponsored by FirstBank, a leading financial institution in West Africa and a provider of financial inclusion services.
To foster the cooperation and partnerships necessary to deepen digital payments and unlock value to create sustainable growth for the business ecosystem in Nigeria, the Nigerian Fintech Festival 2024 will bring together over a thousand industry stakeholders from the fintech and financial services sectors.
Top speakers, including Adaobi Igwe-Okerekeocha, Chief Innovations Officer at Interswitch Limited, Lanre Adelanwa, Co-founder and CEO of Optimus AI Labs, Mayowa Owolabi, Co-founder of PaddyCover, and Damilare Odueso, Co-founder of Crendly, will be featured at the event, which is set to take place at the Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, on Thursday, September 26, 2024. To promote the expansion of digital payments in the nation, the event will give important industry players and stakeholders a forum to talk about current concerns and industry trends.
